- Creative and proactive in contributing new ideas and improvements for content.
- Able to understand content needs and turn ideas into engaging videos.
- Able to work under deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Open to feedback and able to make revisions when needed
- Willing to follow the assigned work schedule and days off, including working on public holidays
