Video Editor

We're looking for a detail-obsessed video editor to join our content team, working across multiple. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves cinematic storytelling and wants to grow with a fast-moving content operation.

About the Role

You'll be editing a mix of

• Long-form YouTube videos — cinematic, story-driven content that needs strong pacing, emotional flow, and narrative sense
• Short-form content — Instagram Reels and TikToks

This is a role for someone who takes real pride in the details — pacing, timing, sound design, subtle transitions, and getting the story right — not just someone who can operate the software.

• What You'll Need
• Minimum 2 years of video editing experience, with a portfolio or reel showing past work
• Extreme attention to detail — this is one of the most important qualities we're looking for

Strong storytelling instincts — you understand pacing, structure, and how to hold an audience's attention, especially in long-form cinematic content

• Proficiency with a professional video editing platform (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.) Ideally CapCut.
• If you have experience with creating VIRAL content on Instagram, this is a massive bonus.
• Basic subtitle/caption skills — comfortable adding and syncing subtitles
• Comfortable editing for both long-form and short-form formats
• Highly trainable and coachable — open to feedback and eager to develop your skills further
• Based in Bali (this is a local requirement)
• Big Bonus: Videographer Skills

If you're also a videographer, this is a major plus. We're ultimately looking to fill both an editing and a filming need, and finding someone who can do both would be ideal. That said, you do not need videography experience to apply — strong editing skills and the right mindset are the priority.
