We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager & Video Editor to join our team. This role combines social media management with short-form video editing, focusing on creating engaging content, maintaining a consistent online presence, and driving organic audience growth.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others), including content scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring.

• Write engaging captions that align with our brand voice.
• Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using provided footage.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and translate creative ideas into engaging content.
• Track and prepare simple performance reports, including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and collaboration inquiries.
• Develop strategies to increase organic engagement and grow our social media audience.
• Bonus: Basic graphic design skills for creating social media posts, stories, and other visual content.

Requirements

• Based in Surabaya.
• Available to work full-time/freelance.
• Previous experience managing social media accounts for either personal brands or businesses.
• Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications.

Able to edit face-based video content featuring on-camera talent, similar to the content on our Instagram account @/hartming.property.au. This includes video cutting, subtitle creation, pacing, transitions, and engaging visual storytelling.

• Strong design sense with a good understanding of current Reels and TikTok editing styles.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
