Job description

• 🚀 Join Our Team at Doodex – Video Editor (Min. 2 Years Experience)
• 📍 Location: Yogyakarta / Willing to Relocate to Yogyakarta (on-site)

Doodex is looking for a creative, professional, and reliable person to join our team and regularly contribute to video editing and photo retouching projects. Our visual work mainly focuses on sports & events

Responsibilities

• Edit short videos for social media, especially Instagram and TikTok
• Create longer and cinematic videos
• Select, organize, and manage video footage
• Edit videos and photos, including RAW photos
• Adjust video colors to make the final result look great
• Add sound effects and background music — find and choose suitable music for each video
• Add subtitles when needed
• Edit and retouch photos using Lightroom and Photoshop
• Follow the style, instructions, and examples provided
• Make changes and improvements based on feedback

Qualifications

• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve for video editing
• Proficient in Lightroom and Photoshop for photo editing
• Familiar with AI tools for creative work, such as Claude and similar tools
• Strong understanding of video color correction and color grading
• Strong skills in editing and retouching RAW photos
• Strong sense of timing, emotion, and visual style
• Strong storytelling skills and able to create a clear story through video editing
• Good at following and matching the style shown in examples or references
• Creative and proactive, with the ability to suggest new ideas
• Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Good at following instructions and completing work on time
• Good English communication skills
