We are looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer & Social Media Content Producer who can bring ideas to life through high-quality, engaging video content.

You will be involved in the entire video production process, from planning the visual direction of a shoot, styling the scene and directing talent, to filming for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

You should have a strong eye for what looks good on camera and be comfortable creating content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube.

If you are someone who naturally notices the lighting, background, framing, styling, pacing and overall feel of a video and enjoys improving these details, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Plan, film high-quality video content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, company branding, events and client projects.

Produce both short-form and long-form video content, with a strong focus on social-first formats such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Work closely with the marketing team to turn marketing ideas and campaign objectives into engaging visual content.

Take ownership of the visual quality of each shoot, including camera angles, framing, lighting, audio, backgrounds, props and overall styling.

• Guide presenters, staff, customers and talents during shoots so that they appear natural, confident and professional on camera.
• Create videos that are designed for attention and engagement, not simply traditional corporate-style videos.

Understand and apply basic social-media storytelling principles such as strong hooks, visual pacing, retention and platform-native editing styles.

• Set up, operate and maintain cameras, lighting, audio equipment and other production equipment.
• Stay updated with new video trends, editing techniques, social media formats and production tools.
• Explore and use AI-assisted video tools where appropriate to improve creativity, quality and production efficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience producing TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
• Basic photography skills.
• Experience working in digital marketing, advertising or a creative agency environment.
• Experience producing testimonials, interviews, events or educational content.
