Capture salon service transformations (haircuts, perms, treatments) with cinematic standards. Manage lighting, composition, and visual direction.
Color grade video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and feed posts with professional-level refinement.
Develop visual concepts and storyboards that align with brand positioning and drive client acquisition.
Work closely with salon team and ownership to ensure content authenticity and impact.
Strong composition, lighting, and color grading (not CapCut-level edits)
You care about quality over viral metrics
Proficient in shooting and professional editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro)
Open to feedback, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Beauty/salon brand experience or premium content background (preferred)
