- Supervise and coordinate villa staff (housekeeping,freelance maintenance, etc.)
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
- Regularly inspect the property and identify potential issues before they become problems
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests and handle complaints calmly and efficiently
- Requirments
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with property management systems is an advantage
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Based in Bali
