- House / Villa Manager
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive House/Villa Manager to oversee daily property operations, manage staff, maintain high standards, and ensure a comfortable and seamless experience for the owner and guests.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily villa operations, maintenance, and property upkeep.
- Supervise housekeeping, cooking staff, and external service providers.
- Coordinate staff schedules, daily tasks, and quality control.
- Manage purchasing, inventory, petty cash, and operational expenses.
- Coordinate with the owner regarding arrivals, preferences, and special requests
- Welcome guests and assist with transportation, reservations, and other arrangements.
- Ensure the villa is well-maintained, fully stocked, and ready for the owner's arrival.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property inspections when the owner is away.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in villa, household, hotel, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Able to manage staff, budgets, inventory, and vendors.
- Proactive, trustworthy, flexible, and solution-oriented.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to work flexible hours when required.
