Job Description
- K Club Group is looking for a proactive and experienced
- Villa Supervisor
- to support the daily operations of our
- 13 luxury villas in Cemagi, Bali
The Villa Supervisor will work closely with the Villa Manager and operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent guest experiences, and consistent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of villa staff.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and respond to guest requests professionally.
- Monitor staff performance, grooming, attendance, and compliance with SOPs.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Front Office teams.
- Assist with guest check-in, check-out, bookings, and guest communications.
- Conduct regular villa inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock control and procurement.
- Handle guest concerns and assist in resolving operational issues.
- Prepare daily operational updates and reports.
- Support the Villa Manager in maintaining operational efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and hospitality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or senior operational role.
- Experience in villa, resort, hotel, or luxury hospitality is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
- Professional, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and handle operational issues effectively.
- Computer literate; experience with PMS is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in Bali and able to work on-site in Cemagi.
Salary
IDR 6,000,000 – 8,000,000 per month
