About the role
Maintain 1-on-1 relationships with Indonesian high-value users (VIPs/Whales) via WhatsApp/Telegram to ensure premium service. Monitor VIP consumption data, implement personalized retention strategies, prevent churn, and stimulate re-charging. Gather VIP feedback, analyze their psychological needs, and collaborate with product/operation teams for local optimization. Organize exclusive online events and privilege programs to enhance VIP stickiness and brand loyalty.
- Key responsibilities

- About you
- 1+ years of VIP operations experience specifically within Voice Chatrooms or Live-streaming platforms
- Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker
- Proficient in English or Chinese for internal communication
- High empathy
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Flexible working hours availability
