Job Description

• Assist in creating engaging visual designs for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Support the Creative Team in turning ideas and creative briefs into attractive visual content that aligns with the brand identity.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Project teams to produce high-quality design assets.
• Help maintain consistency in visual branding across different platforms and campaigns.
• Learn and apply current design trends, tools, and best practices in daily projects.
• Manage assigned design tasks while meeting project timelines under the guidance of the team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas.
• Revise and improve design materials based on feedback from mentors and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Passionate about graphic design, branding, and digital content creation.
• Familiar with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar software.
• Basic understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Have a portfolio with relevant position.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to continuously improve design skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Interested in social media trends, digital marketing, and creative visual storytelling.
