- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, and presentations to promote hotel products and services
- Manage assigned key accounts and maintain regular client communication
- Coordinate site inspections, hotel tours, and client familiarization visits
- Promote guest rooms, meeting facilities, and food and beverage offerings
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor of Hotel Management or University
- Min. 2 years experience in a similar industry
- Possess a valid driver’s license A (SIM A)
- Fluent in English
- Good communication
- Good leadership
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
