cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. cmlabs serve users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also have a product such SERPs Tracker and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs will expand to a bigger market to present SEO product and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises.

About the role

As the VP of Operations, you will work as the lead of the whole business unit team focus on handling the major operations management teams, while collaboratively work with related functions as well. You will be responsible for providing operational oversight in addition to ensuring quality and efficient practices.

Job descriptions

• Provide effective strategical recommendations to streamline whole operations with clear target.
• Lead the team in solving operational issues from problem identification through project implementation.
• Manage good communication with leaderships level, managing partner, shareholders, and senior advisor to ensure strategy alignment.
• Ensure that every core operations is robust and scalable.
• Advanced problem solving skills, proactive and have the ability to focus in a fast paced environment / agility.
• Strong analytical skills with operations background in implementing and management.
• Known requirements

To succeed in this VP of Operations role, you must possess strong analytical, structured operations management and commercial awareness. Experience in sales management, operations, or strategy is particularly important.

Mandatory experience in operations management and commercial awareness, deals, or strategy. Strong sales management will be particularly important and relevant, since these reflect the future growth of the practice.

• 5 years or more of comparable experience in a managerial position.
• Background in computer science or engineering (or related field) required.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills required.
• Experienced in managing and leading more than 5+ different department.
• Work along highly motivated and ambitious individuals.
