We are seeking VSAT ENGINEER & IT SUPPORT who are ready to handle the installation and maintenance of Satellite Communication Systems (VSAT) while supporting internal IT infrastructure. This position requires strong technical skills and a willingness to work in the field and office.

• *Roles:*
•  Installation and configuration of VSAT devices (BUC, LNB, modem, antenna)
•  Troubleshooting of VSAT network and satellite communication disturbances
•  Setup and maintenance of office LAN/WAN networks
•  Daily user support (software, printer, PC, network)
•  Technical documentation & work reports
•  Ready to travel to project locations (remote areas)
• *Qualification:*
•  Minimum education D3/S1 Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Informatics
•  Have at least 1 year experience in the field of VSAT and/or IT Support
•  Able to operate network devices (Mikrotik, Cisco, or equivalent)
•  Accustomed to installing Windows/Linux OS, and troubleshooting user computers
•  Able to use measuring instruments such as spectrum analysers (added value)
•  Plus Points If You Have: Technical certification (iDirect, Mikrotik MTCNA, CCNA, etc.)
•  Willing to work out of town or in remote locations
•  Have a SIM A or C (preferred)
