that offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic hospitality environment. As a Waiter, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences for our guests whilst maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

• What you'll be doing
• Greeting guests warmly and seating them at their tables in a timely and courteous manner
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when appropriate
• Serving food and drinks with attention to detail and in accordance with established service standards
• Ensuring all tables are set correctly and maintained throughout the dining experience
• Checking in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
• Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions accurately
• Clearing and resetting tables between services to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens to assist guests with informed choices
• Following health and safety protocols and food hygiene standards at all times
• What we're looking for
• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure under pressure
• Professional appearance and demeanour at all times
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends and potentially holidays
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive dining experiences
• Basic numeracy skills for processing orders and payments accurately
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our restaurant's specific procedures and culture
