The role of Waiter/Waitress involves ensuring a high standard of guest service by greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with kitchen staff, handling payments, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the day. This position requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience.

We are looking for candidates who have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in customer service, particularly within a Western restaurant or restaurant reception setting, is highly desirable. Candidates should be enthusiastic about working in a hospitality environment, have good communication skills, and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
