Job Description
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional, and attentive service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and process transactions through the VHP system.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and handling complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant, bar, and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Familiar with VHP System.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service-oriented attitude.
- Well-groomed appearance and able to maintain professional hospitality standards.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
