- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant diploma/bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and professional attitude
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and adapt to new procedures and working environments
- Committed to maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Relevant certifications or professional training will be an advantage
