About Us
Luma is a Mediterranean restaurant based in the heart of Canggu. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented server to support our service team in day-to-day tasks. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a hands-on role.
- Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Assisting with cleaning and washing duties as needed
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns or queries
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies
- What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar customer service role or graduate from culinary course is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Good attention to details and a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Maintain high standard of personal hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and etiquette
