- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and restaurant service standards.
- Ability to take orders accurately and use POS systems.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Honest, responsible, and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
