- Fine Dining Server Qualifications
- Female, maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Server/Waiter in a fine dining restaurant, upscale restaurant, hotel, lounge, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to provide professional, attentive, and personalized guest service.
- Well-groomed with a polished and professional appearance.
- Fluent in basic English; conversational English is preferred.
- Able to explain menu items, ingredients, and beverage pairings confidently.
- Strong selling and upselling skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Disciplined, responsible, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and escort guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages.
- Take orders accurately and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages according to fine dining service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Ensure tables are properly set and prepared before service.
- Promote menu items and maximize sales through effective upselling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Deliver a memorable dining experience while maintaining the highest level of hospitality.
