• Daily Worker Contract

for Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our premier hospitality venue in Badung, Bali. In this contract role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

• What you'll be doing
• Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating them to the kitchen and bar teams
• Delivering menu items to customers in a timely manner
• Ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset for the next guests
• Handling cash and credit card payments efficiently
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
• Supporting the wider hospitality team as needed
• What we're looking for
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, hotel or similar hospitality setting
• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• A team player who is committed to contributing to the overall success of the restaurant
