Waiter (Wine Cellar)

Job Description

• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure tables and the bar area are clean, neat, and well-maintained.
• Provide menu recommendations and respond to guests’ questions and requests.
• Coordinate with the Bar and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other operational tasks as required.
• Prepare and operate vinyl records for music sessions at the bar.
• Placement at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably with a Hospitality background; high school graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a bar/lounge industry is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of wine and wine products is preferred
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed, presentable and service-oriented personality.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
