About the role
We are seeking experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at The Shisha House Seminyak, Bali. This is a contract position based in our vibrant restaurant located in the heart of Seminyak. As part of our service team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.
- Key responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and drink orders, communicating these clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serving meals and beverages to customers in a timely and attentive fashion
- Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any issues or concerns
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting and clearing tables
- Assisting with stock replenishment and light food preparation as needed
- Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
- About you
- At least 1 year of waitstaff experience in a restaurant or cafe environment
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including cocktails and shisha
