Warehouse Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency day to day management of the warehouse operation.

Responsible for managing and overseeing the entire warehouse operations flow from planning, ordering, inbound receiving, warehousing, through to sales order processing and delivery.

• To ensure timely and accurate sales order processing to external customers and product replenishment to consignment counters.
• To implement and maintain an effective system of internal controls and SOPs for the Warehouse functions.

Responsible for working with the Regulatory team to ensure that the products are registered with the BPOM and all over label required for the products are ready in time.

• Manage any returns from customers and consignment counters.
• Oversee the Warehouse function to ensure that the inbound and outbound activities are completed within the agreed KPIs.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Studies or related discipline.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in warehouse management, of which 3 years in managerial role in handling beauty products (skincare and/or cosmetic) is a must.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Willing to be placed at Kembangan, West Jakarta with full WFO arrangement
