- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a War ehouse, Logistics, or Distribution Supervisor, or in an equivalent role
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations: inbound, storage, inventory control, picking, packing,
- and outbound delivery
- Proficiency in warehouse administration and the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of warehouse facility management, layout planning, and operational equipment
- Understanding of goods distribution processes, delivery scheduling, routing, and local delivery fleet types
- Knowledge of Export-Import (EXIM) processes is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendors and transporters
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience working towards operational targets
- High integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility
