Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient inbound, inventory and outbound processes.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock availability through effective inventory control, cycle counting, and regular stock reconciliation.
- Plan and optimize warehouse capacity, layout, product allocation, and storage processes to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor warehouse performance and operational KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service levels.
- Establish and maintain standardized warehouse procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Manage warehouse systems and ensure accurate and timely inventory and operational reporting.
- Identify operational issues and develop practical solutions to minimize errors, delays, and operational costs.
Requirements
Diploma’s/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment, distribution, and stock control.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and warehouse reporting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams.
- Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
