PT LOGISTEED Indonesia is currently looking for Warehouse Operation Leader (MANDARIN SPEAKER), placement in Cikarang, West Java.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Experienced in warehouse operations.
- Business-level proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Good understanding of warehouse management processes, inventory control, and logistics operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage.
Job Description
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company procedures.
- Monitor inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and coordinating cycle counts.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and external stakeholders (mandarin speakers) to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
