About the Role

Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Diploma in Logistics or related field is preferred, minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- Above 5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or material handling
- Experience in geothermal projects is an advantage
- Core Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing tools, materials, and equipment on-site
- Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or SLB system)
- Conduct stock checks and ensure proper storage practices
- Coordinate with site teams regarding material requests and issuance
- Ensure proper labelling, tracking, and documentation of all items
- Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and documentation
- Familiar with tools, equipment, and spare parts handling
- Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to SLB & client HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards
- Ensure safe handling and storage of materials and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse area
- Personal Attributes
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Physically fit and able to work in site conditions
- Work Location & Flexibility
- Willing to be assigned to project sites in Pangalengan, Gunung Salak or Lampung Barat.
- Able to work in rotational schedules (4 weeks ON : 2 weeks OFF)
