About the role
Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor for a building materials distribution company. You will oversee all warehouse operational activities from receiving, storage, picking, loading to goods dispatch, manage delivery schedules and routes, lead warehouse teams including checkers, helpers, drivers and transport vendors, and ensure accurate stock control and timely delivery while managing operational challenges.
- Key responsibilities
- Organize and supervise all warehouse operational activities, from receiving, storage, picking, loading to goods dispatch
- Ensure stock accuracy with systems and conduct routine stock opname
- Arrange delivery schedules and routes based on order priority, delivery area, vehicle capacity, and fleet efficiency
- Lead and coordinate warehouse team, checkers, helpers, drivers, and transport vendors
- Ensure loading and delivery processes are conducted correctly, safely, with accurate quantities, and according to delivery documents
- Ensure timely delivery and handle operational challenges such as delays, wrong shipments, missing goods, returns, or damaged items
- Control fleet usage, team productivity, warehouse cleanliness, and logistics operational cost efficiency
- Create routine reports on stock, delivery activities, returns, damaged goods, and operational performance to management
- About you
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK; D3/S1 is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience in Warehouse & Logistics
- Preferred experience as Warehouse Head / Warehouse Supervisor / Logistics Supervisor
- Experience in building materials distributor companies is an advantage
- Understanding of stock control, stock opname, warehouse administration, loading/unloading, and distribution processes
- Understanding of fleet management and delivery route planning
- Able to use Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and coordination capabilities
- Firm, disciplined, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to work directly in the field
