We're looking for an experienced web designer to join us on a full-time basis. You'll design high-performing, conversion-focused websites and bring brand guidelines to life across multiple projects.
The ideal person has worked agency-side or juggled several clients at once, so switching between brands and hitting deadlines is second nature.
- What you'll do
- Design clean, modern, high-converting websites and landing pages
- Interpret and apply brand guidelines consistently across every touchpoint
- Translate business goals into layouts that perform (not just look good)
- Collaborate on revisions and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Deliver polished, developer-ready designs
- What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a web designer, ideally across multiple clients or in an agency setting
- A strong portfolio showing range and attention to brand consistency
- Solid grasp of layout, typography, hierarchy, and responsive design
- Ability to build within and faithfully follow brand guidelines
- Proficiency in Figma
- Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Nice to have
- Understanding of UX principles and conversion optimization
