The Wellness and Community Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the beauty salon, ensuring that all services meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role also involves managing wellness programs, coordinating community activities, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, experience in managing a front desk or similar role, and a passion for promoting health and well-being through activities such as dance yoga and pilates. They will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining records using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

We are looking for a female candidate with an SMA/SMK education level who has between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in customer service, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential. Experience in a gym front desk environment, along with knowledge of dance yoga and pilates, would be a valuable asset. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
