Workshop Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workshop operations, including machining, fabrication, assembly, valve testing, and repair.
• Plan production schedules and manage workshop resources to achieve delivery targets.
• Ensure product quality complies with ISO/API/ASME standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop workshop teams while maintaining safety and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial workshop operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, and industrial equipment.
• Experience in valve manufacturing, valve repair, or flow control products is highly preferred.
• Familiar with ERP/MRP systems, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
