- SAY21 Indonesia | Indonesian Representative of YESS21, a Leading Youth Development Programme in Asia
- SAY21 is looking for a confident, energetic, and highly engaging
- Youth Trainer & Program Consultant
- to join our regional team.
- This is not a conventional teaching position.
You will be trained to facilitate youth development programs, engage with parents, present our programs, support program sales, create content, and represent SAY21 professionally.
- For the right person, this role offers opportunities to develop and gain training exposure across
- Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
- Taining & Facilitatrion
- Training & Facilitation
- Facilitate highly interactive programs for children and teenagers
- Engage participants through activities, discussions, presentations, and demonstrations
- Build strong stage presence and audience engagement
- Support parent sessions and other SAY21 events
- Continuously develop your skills as a professional trainer
- Program Consultation & Sales
- Being a great trainer also means being able to communicate the value of what you deliver.
You will
- Present SAY21 programs to parents and prospective participants
- Understand parents' needs and communicate suitable program solutions
- Support previews, consultations, follow ups, and program enrolment
- Develop confidence in both training and consultative sales
- Content & Brand Representation
- Our trainers are also faces of the brand.
You may
- Appear in SAY21 social media content
- Create short educational and promotional videos
- Participate in campaigns, interviews, and events
- Represent SAY21 when working with parents, schools, partners, and communities
- Who We Want to Meet

- Confident communicating in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Comfortable speaking in front of an audience
- Energetic, expressive, and naturally engaging
- Able to connect with children, teenagers, adults, and parents
- Comfortable with both training and sales.
- Comfortable appearing in front of a camera
- Independent and able to manage responsibilities without constant supervision
- Coachable and able to apply feedback quickly
- Curious, adaptable, and willing to keep learning
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally
- Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage!

- However, your previous job title matters less to us than your
- communication ability, stage presence, attitude, adaptability, and potential to grow
