Responsible to implement effective Counseling Service, Individual Development, Consultancy and Student Organization implementation to obtain high quality students in Academic and Employability Skills in BINUS @Campus

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S2) in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling, student development, student affairs, or related areas.
• Strong counseling, communication, interpersonal, and student engagement skills.
• Able to monitor student academic progress and provide appropriate guidance, consultation, and individual development support.

Experience in student activities/organizations, mentoring, or development programs is an advantage; proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
