Serve as the primary PIC (Person in Charge) for communication with TSKs/agencies regarding job orders, selection schedules, and candidate status updates.
Coordinate the candidate recruitment process according to the qualifications and quotas requested by TSK/agencies and receiving companies in Japan.
Develop and manage candidate selection schedules, including document screening, written tests, interviews, and medical check-ups, in coordination with TSK.
Coordinate with LPK (Vocational Training Institutions) and Japanese language institutions to ensure candidates receive adequate language training, skills development, and mental preparation prior to departure.
Monitor and ensure the completeness of candidate documents, including passports, COE (Certificate of Eligibility), visas, employment contracts, and other supporting documents, in accordance with TSK requirements and applicable government regulations.
Regularly monitor each candidate’s progress from the recruitment and training stages through the pre-departure process, ensuring timely completion and preventing delays.
Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the recruitment and placement process, whether from candidates or TSK/agency partners.
Maintain effective communication with candidates and their families regarding process updates through to the departure stage.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations, regarding program costs, cooperation agreements, employment contracts, and other relevant documentation.
Prepare regular weekly/monthly reports on placement progress, challenges, and target achievements for management.
Maintain strong relationships with TSK/agencies and ensure high partner satisfaction to support the sustainability and renewal of partnerships.
✨Job Specification
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field. A degree in Japanese Literature/Japanese Language Education, International Relations, or Management is preferred.
Preferably 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or employment placement, particularly in Japan placement programs involving TSK/Kumiai or within a P3MI/PJTKI company.
Previous experience working with Japanese companies, clients, or partners, with a good understanding of Japanese work culture, is preferred.
Proficient in spoken and written Japanese, with a minimum proficiency equivalent to JLPT N3 (N2 preferred), for communication and document handling with TSKs/agencies.
