As an Account Officer, you'll play an important role in keeping our projects organized, our documentation accurate, and our teams aligned — helping projects move forward smoothly and efficiently.

What You Will Own

Project Documentation

Manage and organize project documents, ensuring all files are accurate, up to date, and easy to access.

Quotation Preparation

Prepare project quotations based on project needs and internal requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Project Administration

Support the preparation of project briefs, timelines, Statements of Work (SOW), and other essential project documents.

Progress Tracking & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly project progress reports while monitoring deliverables and timelines.

Financial Administration

Assist with project cost recaps, payment submissions, and other basic project financial administration.

Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate administrative communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients to keep information flowing smoothly.

Meeting Coordination

Schedule project meetings, prepare meeting notes, and ensure relevant information is properly documented.

Project Management Support

Provide administrative support to Project Managers and other project leads to help ensure projects run effectively.

Kualifikasi

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum
• 2 years of experience
• in project administration, project coordination, or administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experienced in preparing quotations, reports, and managing project documentation.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with strong administrative skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
• Proactive, disciplined, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• What Success Looks Like
• Project documents are well-organized, accurate, updated, and accessible whenever needed.
• Quotations, reports, and administrative submissions are completed accurately and on time.
• Project deliverables, timelines, and administrative requirements are consistently monitored and documented.
• Internal teams, vendors, and clients receive clear and timely administrative coordination.
• Project Managers can focus on project execution with reliable administrative support behind them.
• Project administration runs smoothly, with fewer missed details and more consistent processes.
