Accounting and Tax Executive

We are a fast-growing professional accounting firm looking for experienced accounting/auditing/tax professionals to join our office in Batam to further expand our team. The candidate will be responsible for, amongst others, the following:

• Perform accounting and tax services using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks Online and Million.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation
• Preparation of income tax returns and tax computations
• Support the team in compliance and regulatory requirements
• Other professional services where required
• Other administrative matters, where required
• Job requirements
• Experience in professional accounting / auditing / tax firms preferred.
• Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proactive and committed. Good team player.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, colleagues at all levels.
• Possess initiative & ability to work and learn independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
