About the Role
PT Integra Putra Mandiri is seeking an experienced Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager to join our Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) team. Reporting directly to Group, this role is responsible for overseeing the company's financial reporting and closing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing financial insights that support management decision-making.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily transaction recording processes
- Supervise and control monthly and annual closing processes
- Prepare financial statements, including consolidated reports
- Ensure compliance with PSAK and applicable tax regulations
- Analyze financial reports and provide recommendations to management
- About You
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience; prior experience as an Auditor is highly regarded
- Strong technical knowledge of financial statement preparation, including consolidation
- Solid understanding of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to present financial insights to management
