What you'll be doing

• Input and manage sales data across multiple channels, including offline stores, resellers, and e-commerce platforms.
• Assist with sales invoicing and sales recapitulation.
• Handle bank transaction uploads and support bank reconciliation.
• Prepare basic journal entries and assist with general ledger reconciliation.
• Support monthly closing processes and audit documentation.
• Prepare sales reports and supporting financial documents.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and journal entries.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large volumes of data.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Odoo is a plus.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and quick to adapt.
