The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in managing complex stock movements, raw materials, or medical supply chains—benchmarked against standards in the manufacturing or health-retail sectors. You will play a critical role in tracking asset flows, ensuring accurate cost accounting, and maintaining flawless financial records as we continue to scale our operations nationwide.
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, inventory sub-ledgers, and fixed asset registers to ensure complete alignment with financial reports.
Lead and coordinate regular physical stock counts (stock opname) at our warehouses or site locations, and investigate any discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards (PSAK).
Partner with the procurement, logistics, and operational teams to streamline inventory tracking systems and minimize discrepancies.
2–3 years of solid experience in an Accounting role, with a strong emphasis on inventory management and cost accounting. Experience in the Manufacturing, FMCG, or Health-Retail industry is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
Deep understanding of inventory accounting methods (FIFO, Weighted Average), COGS structures, and basic tax regulations related to inventory.
High level of accuracy, strong analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
