About the role
- PT Cipta Arta Plasindo is seeking a dedicated
- Accounting Staff
- to join our Finance team. This is a
- full-time position
- based in
- Cakung, Jakarta
. As an Accounting Staff member, you will play an essential role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's financial reporting processes. This position is crucial to ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and that all accounting activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- What you'll be doing
- Recording daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system
- Preparing and reconciling account statements and general ledger entries
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement preparation
- Supporting the compilation of financial data for reporting and analysis purposes
- Verifying and coding invoices and supporting documentation
- Maintaining organised records and filing systems for all accounting documentation
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and cash management activities
- Supporting audit activities and providing necessary financial documentation
- Performing other accounting tasks as assigned by senior management
- What we're looking for
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience working as an Accounting Staff or in a similar accounting role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Reliability and integrity in handling confidential financial information
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous
