Role Description

The Accounting Support Specialist is a full-time PKWT contract, on-site role based in Kebayoran, Jakarta, Indonesia. This role supports day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing and posting journal entries, assisting with account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The specialist will help compile financial data, support basic finance reporting, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and relevant standards. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams, clarifying transaction details, and communicating clearly with stakeholders to resolve accounting-related issues. The role may involve assisting with periodic closing activities and contributing to process improvements in the finance function.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Accounting knowledge and practical experience with Journal Entries (Accounting).
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance understanding and the ability to support basic financial reporting.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for working with numerical data, reconciliations, and problem-solving.
