In this contract role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support to our operations in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta. • What you'll be doing
• Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document organisation
• Assisting with the processing and tracking of financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and expense reports
• Providing support in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping
• Participating in the implementation of financial policies and procedures
• What we're looking for
• Min. SMA/SMK (Major in Accounting/Finance preferred)
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Relevant education or training in administration, finance, or a related field
