Admin Retail & e-commerce

• DELE Fragrance is looking for a detail-oriented and organized
• Retail & E-Commerce Administrator

to support our growing retail and online operations. This role will be responsible for day-to-day administration, order processing, inventory records, and coordination with our retail partners and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process orders from retail partners and e-commerce channels.
• Handle administrative documents including Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, surat jalan, and other supporting documents.
• Prepare and pack orders for retail partners and online customers.
• Coordinate and monitor deliveries to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Monitor stock levels across internal inventory, retail partners, and e-commerce channels.
• Input, organize, and maintain sales reports received from retail partners.
• Assist with retail restock preparation and administration.
• Manage day-to-day orders from DELE Fragrance’s marketplace and e-commerce channels.
• Maintain organized records, files, and operational databases.
• Coordinate with retail partners, logistics/courier services, and internal team regarding operational and administrative matters.
• Support other general administrative and operational tasks when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SMA/SMK, D3, or S1.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in retail administration, sales administration, e-commerce, inventory, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work accurately with numbers and documents.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple administrative tasks.
• Willing to work
• on-site (WFO) in East Jakarta
