About the role
As Admin Social Media, you are responsible for helping manage and develop all social media activities for DEX Autosport to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and sales.
- Key responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and DEX Autosport social media accounts
- Schedule and post content regularly
- Create engaging captions consistent with DEX Autosport brand character
- Reply to comments and basic audience interactions
- Maintain consistency of brand identity and communication
- Help create automotive content ideas
- Take photos and videos of products, workshops, training, and DEX Autosport activities
- Help create Reels, TikTok, Story, and educational content
- Respond to comments and DMs
- Monitor content performance and track views, reach, engagement, followers, and leads
- About you
- Active user of Instagram and TikTok
- Understand basics of social media and content creation
- Good communication skills
- Creative and able to generate content ideas
- Able to create engaging captions
- Can use Canva or basic editing applications
- Can take photos and videos using a smartphone
- Willing to participate in DEX Autosport workshops and automotive activities
- Interest in the automotive world is a plus
- Basic video editing using CapCut is a plus
