• About the role&responsibilities

You will support our daily business operations and work closely with the company director. This role offers hands-on exposure to international trade, logistics, customer service, and office administration.

• Coordinate import and logistics activities
• Prepare invoices and related documents
• Support customer orders and follow up on deliveries
• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners
• Liaise with tax consultants and external service providers
• Handle daily office administration and documentation
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Company Director
• About you

We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and eager to learn, you will work directly with the company director, support business operations with FMCG and manufacturing customers in Indonesia, basic English communication skills are preferred.
