TEONE, a company dedicated to the Health & Wellness sector (home to brands like Betterdays and Glomore), is opening an exciting new chapter at Ciputra World Office Tower, Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Our mission is to empower individuals and communities through innovative health solutions and wellness programs. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a data-driven and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Advertising Specialist.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving brand growth through digital platforms. As a key player in our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing our digital campaigns to connect our wellness products with the right audience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and target audience research to develop effective digital advertising strategies.
• Design, execute, and manage ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.
• Perform data analysis, monitor key metrics, and prepare comprehensive campaign performance reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising and implement best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital advertising.
• In-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, GEO and overall digital marketing strategies.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker when designing campaigns, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable working in an office environment (placement in Dukuh Pakis, Surabaya).
