Affiliate Specialist

Tanggung Jawab

• Optimize the performance of the affiliate program
• to drive sales growth across marketplace platforms (such as TikTok Shop and Shopee).
• Manage and monitor the activities of affiliates who promote the company’s products.
• Develop strategies to increase
• traffic, conversion rates, and sales generated from affiliates
• Identify and recruit potential affiliates to join the company’s affiliate program.
• Maintain communication with affiliates regarding product information, promotions, campaigns, and sales updates.
• Track and monitor affiliate performance including
• sales performance, commission, and promotional activities
• Analyze affiliate performance data and prepare
• regular performance reports
• Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to support affiliate campaigns.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in
• Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience
• in affiliate marketing or e-commerce marketing.
• Familiar with
• affiliate programs on marketplace platforms
• such as TikTok Shop or Shopee.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate
• sales and campaign performance data
• Good communication skills to coordinate with affiliates and internal teams.
• Target-oriented with strong
• problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of
• digital marketing and e-commerce ecosystems
