Senior Affiliate Specialist

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive sales growth across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other marketplace platforms.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and creators.
• Build strong relationships with affiliates and support their performance through campaigns and coaching.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance (GMV, CTR, Conversion, ROI).
• Analyze affiliate data and provide regular performance reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Marketplace, and Creative teams to maximize campaign performance.
• Research market trends and competitor affiliate strategies to identify growth opportunities.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or E-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate and/or Shopee Affiliate.
• Proven track record in growing affiliate sales and managing affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in FMCG, Supplement, Beauty, or Health industries is a plus.
